Monday - Thursday: 6:00a - 7:00p

Friday: 6:00a - 5:00p

Saturday: 8:00a - 12:00p

Sunday: 8:00a - 12:00p
*Facilities are closed on sundays Mid-May - Mid-October.

The fitness center is located on the North side of the building. Members can enter through the north door or the main lobby.

 
 

Open to Caregivers, spouses, dependents 16 and older. 

         Amenities:

  • Locker Rooms available

  • Variety of Cardiovascular equipment

  • Weight Machines

  • Free Weights

  • Pool

  • Personal Training

  • Group Classes

  • Parking if free
